About Us
Tucson Safety & Medical Supply was started in 1984 as a first aid van service. Over time a second van was added and the office became a store front operation. We relocated over the past 24years moving to bigger stores and adding more service vans. We believe in supporting our community through out the year.
Our staff is involved in many events which benefit a range of local interests. Such as youth sports, education, 4H and volunteer construction projects. One example of a community need that was met was when a major fire in the Catalina Mountains on the edge of Tucson resulted in heavy smoke and ash falling over the town. Many residents were affected with respiratory concerns due to the ash fallout.
We set up a table in front of the store and gave out respirators free of charge to all who drove up asking for them. About 1,100 respirators were handed out in a few days. We have sponsored the Flowing Wells little league since 1999. Our employees have brought their infants to the office when they returned to work. That made some interesting background sounds while on the phone.
